Butec Academy

In our commitment to excel in developing and managing great projects, we recognize the need to develop and manage great talent as well. As a result, we initiated the BUTEC Academy, a group-wide initiative aimed to drive excellence, foster the growth of our people and reinforce our culture. Most importantly it enables us to put together the best teams by nurturing the best talent in all locations.

The academy is driven by several key objectives. These include harnessing BUTEC knowledge and expertise to seed the BUTEC way, elevating internal capabilities by enhancing technical and behavioral competencies,

• streamlining onboarding experiences for newcomers, boosting employees' efficiency in their current roles or during transitions between job roles, and laying a solid foundation to facilitate career progression.
• This is achieved through training modules that were meticulously developed by our Subject Matter Experts in conjunction with our learning team. To date, more than 30 technical training modules have been designed and delivered as interactive, in-person, and virtual training programs that adhere to international learning standards.

As we reflect on our journey, it is evident that the BUTEC Academy has become a cornerstone in our pursuit of knowledge and skills development. It plays a vital role in developing our people and building a learning culture that translates into great success for both BUTEC and our people.
